Sleep is a very important thing for humans. It is like eating or drinking, it is essential for our lives. The problem comes when you don´t sleep as many hours as you need. It can happen for various reasons. The first reason is thet you were doing things until late, and you go to bed too late. In that case, you should organise your time, and go to sleep earlier. Another reason can be insomnia. Insomnia is caused by many reasons, like that before going to sleep you have used the computer or the mobile phone or because you have drunk some coffe or soda with caffeine. In extreme ways, insomnia is caused by some illnesses, like birth or psychological illnesses. To prevent insomnia, you should change the things that make you have insomnia, that is, if you use your laptop before going to sleep, stop using it; if you drink coffee before going to sleep, stop drinking it. Another tip is that you should organise better your sleeping hours, you shouldn´t go to sleep either too late or too early.
In my case, sometimes I have insomnia, because after going to sleep, I usually use the computer, but it doesn´t really affect me, beacause I go to sleep early, and I fall asleep before 12 o´clock everyday.
