Comp-01:  Do you think men and women have the same job opportunities?

 

 Society has advanced a lot during the years. Nowadays, most countries are evolved enough to offer a house, a job and many other life-quality guarantees to their citizens. That´s true, but there are still some things that have to be changed, for example, inequality. Accurately, inequality between men and women.

  During the last years, we have been watching lots of women on TV, telling the world there isn´t equality between women and men in jobs. It is a fact that women gain a lot less money than men do in some jobs, doing exactly the same actions and working the same hours, but there are other things that are unacceptable too.

 For example, if a woman hsa the desire to be mother, she won´t be probably hired, because the company doesn´t want to pay her the sick leave. Apart from examples like this one, they have to lead with flirtations, wwhich men don´t have to cope with, and that can be exhausting.

 In summarry, it is obvious that women don´t have the same opportunities as men, but fortunately, there are feminist groups asking for their rights, so I hope in a few years´ time, they will be free from this kind of things.
